Enjoy the angular swimming pool, measuring 400 square meters with a depth ranging from 170 to 220 cm, open seasonally from June 15 to September 15, with operating hours from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Relish the convenience of an outdoor shower, engage in friendly games of tennis or table tennis, or indulge in a leisurely game of boccia. A dedicated barbecue house and children's playground provide ample opportunities for family gatherings and entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet. On the top floor, you will find one double bedroom with a rooflight and a bed, as well as a fan. The second room also has a rooflight, two beds, and a fan. The apartment has a small terrace measuring 15 square meters.

The apartment comes with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. You will have access to a washing machine, iron, mosquito net, and a hair dryer.
