First day wifi went out. With an already late in the day check in plus the slow response between messages with the property manager- when we got a response there was nothing they could do because it was already pass working hours so they said someone would come the next day. Nope. We weren’t informed all of that next day that someone was coming.The next day a technician did come, but they were puzzled and confused. They were wrong internet company. Eventually we got wifi the day before we left. Also to add, there is no instructions anywhere, everything is online…. With no wifi. Indoor heated pool was heated for one night. Our first night. Went cold and chilly ever since. Hot tub is a safety hazard and we had to purchase our own step to get in and out.water from the third floor bathroom came through the lights in the main floors bathroom. I felt like I spent the entire vacation checking in with this poor management team to try to fix issues.Formally request partial refund. ##### Jacklyn C.
