The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our one week stay. We will definitely come back to this house next time we need a place in this area. It has a really nice deck that overlooks the creek and would be nice to use during warm weather. We will definitely stay here again. We booked it for a week for a baseball tournament and my family had an amazing time. Fishing and swimming in the river and walking distance to all the shops and eateries in the Old Mill area! Very close to everything Pigeon Forge has to offer! The host was fantastic and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect! The house is beautiful inside and out with a beautiful deck, fireplace and of course the river! Would absolutely recommend this for a family get a way! Sep 15, 2024 #### Friends couples trip We had a fabulous time at this little cottage. It is beautiful with a great layout. We were fortunate to meet the owners one evening. They were very nice and seemed like our "kind of people". We loved the fireplace and it was easy to ignore the go carts across the river while roasting marshmallows. I would recommend leaving cleaning tools, broom/dustpan, toilet brushes and a plunger (just in case) inside the rental and also extra blankets for the bedrooms and throw blankets for the living room. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with a stream located off the back of the property. Great deck and fire pit that because of the rain we didn’t get a chance to use. The cottage does have limited pots and pans for cooking, and make sure you take blankets there are none in the unit. Your check-in checklist will advise you what to bring, we only took one blanket and wished we would have taken additional ones. Also, if you are older and not tech-savvy the app TV's with no cable will not be your friend. We would stay here again just for the cleanliness of the unit. ##### Ken H. We were absolutely pleased with everything with the cottage. It was so warm, cozy and welcoming, and the decor was amazing. I absolutely fell in love with all of it! Beds were so comfy !! As for as the location it was perfect! It was located in the middle of everything! Local restaurants we were able to walk to. All the attractions it was an easy drive. We enjoyed relaxing in the evenings, feeding the ducks on the back patio , listening to music and enjoying a cold beer ! Mar 27, 2024 #### Spring Jubilee Trip We enjoyed our stay at Old Mill Stream Cottage while attending the Smokey Mtn Jubilee, and a week of trout fishing. It made it very easy to attend services, fish, and relax while worshiping Jesus, and thanking Him for His grace and mercy this past week. It was a great location (very close to shopping and the Leconte Center, and the river) , very clean, and wonderful owner. We met the owner on Friday and he was very nice. We cannot thank them enough for the accommodations they made for us while we were there and intend on staying again soon. Very nice staff with iTrip and had no problems whatsoever. The pictures online does not do it justice. The decor is beautiful and the location of this house is amazing. We walked over to the Old Mill area a few times while on our trip. We enjoyed sitting outside next to the water. I feel as if the owners of this house actually stayed here to make sure they had thought of everything, because this house had it all! We will never stay anywhere else when we visit the mountains. We are looking forward to our next trip staying at this WONDERFUL home.
