To be honest, we were expecting a better place. We only stayed there for a couple of nights. The area felt somewhat deserted, to the point where we didn't feel comfortable going out at night. We didn't experience any problems or incidents; it simply gave us the impression that it wasn't a very safe area. Based on the photos, the property looked much better than it actually was. Parking was ok. Staff were ok. Air conditioning was ok. Our room was clean.

This is our 3rd or 4th time here .It was great as usual the pool is not heated but the sun made it feel great .The slides alone are worth the few extra dollars it cost. my kids and grandkids always want this hotel .the staff front desk young gentlemen was so nice and helpful.i would definitely recommend this hotel thank you for our great stay

The kids absolutely enjoyed both pools but I feel like they could be maintained much better. There was a broken step on the ladder that could've seriously injured someone. Just simply remove it to avoid injury. The rest of the property was just dated but pretty clean.

I could tell it was an older hotel. Paint chipped in a couple spots. Elevator was a little slow. But the room was clean. Staff was friendly and my kids loved the water slide inside with the pool.

Great location. Walking distance of a lot of attractions. Pool is small and I didn't see a hot tub. Our room Bathroom needed updating. Otherwise service was very nice and room was comfortable for the price. I'd stay again next time I'm in the area.

It worked for our purposes. We wanted one more day in the mountains so we grabbed this place last minute. My kids were able to burn some energy at the pool ands thats all i needed before a long ride back north!

The outlet in our room was only 1 plug in working,they has wrote in black sharpie that it was bad. The pools were one of the biggest reasons for booking and we're supposed to be open from 10-10 but had a note on door delay for maintenance. They said some kind of oil was used ans messed up filters. The pool didn't open until 1 pm on the outside pool and inside was after 2 and they didn't keep them open later. Got up next morning, something delayed opening for extended maintenance. The pools should be checked to make sure they are ready on time. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The remote for the TV didn't work some of the time but we just turned them by hand. We never could sign into the "free "wifi for our grandchildren. Would stay again as long as the issues with pool and plug in sockets are fixed. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. I would give it 6 out of 10
