You are just a short drive from countless attractions, with Dollywood, The Ripken Experience, Country Tonite Theatre, and Five Oaks Outlet Mall all within a four-mile radius. Getting Around Exploring the area is simple. For your convenience, a trolley stop is located at the bottom of the hill from the complex, providing easy transportation around Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding areas. House Rules To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone, we ask that you observe the following rules: • Strictly NO SMOKING is permitted in the condo. • Strictly NO PETS are allowed. • An additional cleaning fee will be applied if these rules are not followed. • Cancellation Policy: Guests receive a 100% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in and a 50% refund for cancellations made 14 to 30 days before check-in. This year we stayed in this Condo for the first time. It was a great area because it was not right in the middle of everything, but yet super close to everything. The only issue we had was that the fridge would not stay closed. We had to put a dining room chair in front of it to keep it closed. But we didnt let that hinder anything. Perfect location for everything and a beautiful view as well. We have stayed on this property before in building 1, which is also nice during peak season to see the traffic,, but the view here you just can't beat it.
