If you are at the tail end of breakfast you miss out. Handicapped parking was excellent. So close to our room, 202, a wonderful surprise. They are remodeling so our older room was dated but clean. The balcony was an added bonus we enjoyed. The lobby and halls are beautifully remodeled. We will return again and maybe get a newer room. Check in and out was easy and the staff, awesome! The price was crazy low, 1/3 of the place across the street. But in our 70's we really don't need a water park! Lol. It was quiet and felt safe. Thank you staff for helping us find the best pizza place and making it last minute getaway great.

We never even made it to the room!! We booked the room online without reading reviews,which is my fault. However, upon arrival we had bad vibes immediately. The outside was unkept and the balconies looked concerning. We knew the room was non refundable but still agreed to leave our bags in the truck when we checked in. The pool and lazy river were the big highlights for us so we looked at those first. On our way down to the BASEMENT we noticed lots of wet ceiling tiles,a very odd odor, holes in the walls, and.....several high quality security cameras? When we finally found the bottom we took one look and didn't even need to exchange words. The windows leading in were white with chemical residue and the places we could see through showed the pool and lazy river were bith the color of broth. We swiftly ushered the kids back to the truck and agreed we will read reviews from now on before booking and then paid for a better accommodation that ended up being a better price!!!

The first room that we were put in when we got to the hotel had dirty linens in the drawers and dirty towels in the floor of the room, the shelf that holds the hangers and on top of the fridge and microwave had trash on it. We went and talked to the staff and they switched us rooms the first thing that we noticed was there were holes in the walls, and the toilet handle was broken off we took pictures and showed the staff we said we could deal with it that night and he said it would be fixed the next morning. It wasn't when we got back to our room that evening I talked to staff again and they did send someone right away the issue was that even though he put a flush valve on it wouldn't flush. Later that evening I was getting into bed and the headboard completely fell off and hit me exposing the screws. This was the worst hotel experience that my family has ever had.

After trying 2 separate rooms and finding both in poor conditions (example, the first room we pulled back the sheet and found a vape and lip gloss and unclean bedding and the second room had blood on the mattress that you could see through the sheet, not to mention the disgusting floors) we left and were told to contact Expedia for refunds. We've tried twice for refunds and been told either nobody is at the property to approve or "they seem extremely busy but we've sent an email." Hopeful to get a refund seeing as though we were unable to stay. The man at the front desk was nice and apologized multiple times while seemingly unsurprised at our request. Under reconstruction or not, conditions were unacceptable.

the carpet in our room was stained badly. The breakfast was terrible. The juice machine was not working so my kids had no juice. There was no cereal or oatmeal,the hot food was sparse. The eggs were just a instant mash. The sausage was terrible looking. Was afriad to try.

The staff were very nice but The room smelled of smoke as soon as i opened the door the shower was stained and had hairs in it the room gave off a very gross vibe the pool area was also gross it smelled ok the first day but the second day they were very unpleasant sewer smell in the lazy river it smelled on our swimsuits when we got out it was warm and hot tub was but the regular pool was freezing cold would not stay here again it needs better kept up

Even though the property is an older one , it meets all the needs of a weekend getaway for working class people. Staff is friendly, Breakfast was on time and fresh. The pool was open and functioning. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay again!!

Air conditioning was great. Staff was friendly. Parking was great. Now coming to the clean room the first room was not clean around the toilet was a ring of urine. And the curtain was broken. So, i called told them, that next morning i also verbally asked for them to clean around the toliet. I came back around 6pm nothing was fixed or cleaned. But they took the trash out. They moved my room the next day. Next door same iasue with cleaning. I really deserve a discount or even my money nack after all thi a.

Sink faucet sprays everywhere, in the sink, floor, counter top. Exhaust fan in the bathroom is loud and smells burnt when running. Draw on the dresser came off when I tried to open it. Only hotel ive ever stayed that hous keeping didnt change the sheets ea h day. No vending machines. Ice machine didnt work. No I won't stay there again

The pictures that you see are very misleading! Our room was filthy!! There were exposed wires in the hallway. Carpets were filthy. The beds were sunk in! We checked in, went to our room, saw it! We took the time to find another hotel, then we checked out. I'm now in the process of trying to get a refund from Expedia. Terrible experience!!!

I called your customer sevice number to recieve a refund due to mold and mildew. Dirty nasty room shower full of mold and mildew room smell badly just horrible I will call your supervisor tomorrow I better get my refund I didn't even stay there I check in and check right out 20 minutes later went to compass hotel paid 200 more dollars but it was 4 star instead -5 star. I do have plenty of picture of trash hole

The room was terrible, parts of the carpet were ripped up and missing, the couch had tears and stains. There was a dirty qtip under the sheets on one of the beds. There was no toliet paper, there was no remote for the TV so we couldn't turn it on. We had to sleep on top of the comforters with no blankets because the sheets had dirt on them. We were refused a refund so we couldn't go else where, they also said they had no other rooms but offered to vacuum. Like that would have made a difference...

Parking was fine. Check in was great very helpful. I don’t know about all the maids but room not very clean. Hot tub was hot but no jets. Pool cold. Doors to outside don’t lock. Just very outdated.

The pool is what sold us. The hallways and walls were very dirty with stains. The couch inside the room was very dirty. Did not let the kids touch it at all. The elevator button on the 3rd floor is not even in place.

Some renovations were going on the the rooms were clean and the pool and lazy river were very nice. The jets weren't working in the hot tub but it was hot and a nice soak. The breakfast buffet is really nice. This was our second stay and we'll be back again.

When I made my reservation, Sam was very helpful. When my family and I arrived from a long day at Dollywood Sam was very professional and kind asking about our day. Sam apologized profusely for the state of the property due to a new ownership and working to get it up to par again. The lazy River was really cool! My boys loved it. The beds were very comfortable! We had a balcony which was nice to see the lights and hustle and bustle of the strip. Great LOCATION! It did what we needed it to do. I would advise for any upcoming people to give grace and understanding to the property owners. It's a very large property and a lot of work needs to be done to get it up to par.
