There was a bathroom that wouldn’t drain at the tub or sink. The AC was not good upstairs. I called and was told someone would come out to check what I was telling them and no one ever showed up. First, the property is advertised with photos showing cozy cabins, but in reality, it's an unattractive five-story building. This felt misleading right from the start. Communication: All communication is handled via text and email, which might seem convenient at first, but the process is confusing. Emails came from two different addresses, and they never provided the room number in advance. While they answer the phone quickly, the responses are unclear, and customer service seems unfamiliar with the property itself. Amenities & Policies: There’s no coffee in the rooms, which is a small but noticeable inconvenience. You’re expected to clean up after yourself, which I don’t mind, but it felt like there were too many rules posted around the property. They include many signs about how you "must behave" but don’t even post a phone number to contact the company. This is frustrating because if you lose your phone, you’re essentially locked out. Check-In Experience: We arrived at 9 PM with my wife and two young children. It was 40 degrees outside, and we were left waiting outside for about 20 minutes. With children in such cold weather, this was unacceptable. Overall, the lack of clarity, poor customer service, and misleading marketing make this a place I wouldn’t recommend.
