We happily welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs over 1 year old. Please message us with your dog’s age and breed upon booking. Certain breeds known to be destructive are not permitted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Please use the designated outdoor area and clean up after your pet using the provided waste station. A friendly note for guests with allergies: While we thoroughly clean after every stay, this is a dog-friendly home and may not be suitable for guests with severe dog allergies.  
  
📝 Helpful Cabin Information  
  
✔ Sugar Hollow is a 2-Family building, you will have the entire lower level to yourself with no interaction with others. The upstairs is not frequently used you'll barely know it exists.  
✔ We welcome guests 21 years of age and older to book and be the primary renter.  
✔ While the home can sleep up to 6 guests with the sleeper sofa, there is only 1 bathroom. We recommend no more than 4 guests for maximum comfort. Please message us before booking more than 4 guests.  
✔ To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the area, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM.  
✔ Fireplace is a propane fire table on the patio (no indoor fireplace).  
✔ We provide a starter supply of towels, linens, shampoo, soap, and even toothbrushes just in case you forget yours!   
✔ While we stock the basics, please remember to bring your favorite coffee, K-cups, condiments, and food storage items like zip locks to make your stay perfect.   
✔ For safety reasons and per local regulations, open flames (including candles and unauthorized outdoor fires) are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in preventing fire hazards. Misuse may result in a $250 fee plus any damage costs.   
✔ We trust you’ll treat our cabin with care, just as you would your own home. Please note that guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.  
✔ Need a little extra time? Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for a $50 fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.

We stay at Derek’s property every time we come to Pigeon Forge. The property is very clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was parking two suvs in the parking area, but Derek worked with us.

Nice house with quick access to everything that Pigeon Forge has to offer. Upon check-in we did notice that there was only enough parking for one vehicle, but the host was quick to reply to our question and was accommodating. House is kept very clean and has the basic necessities without being overwhelming. Overall, we would choose to stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

#### Quiet Getaway 

Despite the busy strip being right down the hill, this was a quiet area. Loved that we were so close to action. House was ideal and comfortable. No extra fee for dog was also a bonus. Go to Alcatraz Museum we’ll worth it.

We’ve stayed multiple times and it’s always so clean and so roomy for all five of us and our two fur-babies! So convenient to getting around the back ways and right near the main strip! Love it!

#### Perfect Stay in the Heart of Pigeon Forge

This place was absolutely perfect. We decided to bring our dogs on our annual family trip to Pigeon Forge and came across this dog-friendly VRBO. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The best part is the location. It's less than a mile from the parkway, so it was super convenient to stop by the house throughout the day to rest and let the dogs out when they weren't with us. We will definitely be booking here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Derek answered all our questions, place was clean, beds were comfy. There were all the cooking essentials. The space was perfect for us and very close to everything in pigeon forge. Walking distance to restaurants etc. quite safe and private at night. There was even a little Christmas tree and decorations set up which we appreciated since we were there with our little ones. Definitely recommend.

#### Birthday Boys weekend

We had an amazing time this past weekend staying at Sugar Hollow. Very clean!! And loved the location. Very close to all the places we wanted to eat at and close to the boys fishing holes. We especially loved that it was pet friendly and had a place just for them to go potty!! We definitely will be back!

We didn’t want to fight potential intimate weather during a winter stay and chose to stay close to main roads- this house fit the bill. House was very clean and as advertised. Communication was good and easy to access. Loved that our furry friend could come with us!

#### Perfect location and pet friendly

Loved the location as it was extremely easy and fast to get to the parkway. Home looked exactly like the listing pictures so no surprises. We enjoyed the game table and patio during our stay. Host was on top of communication and making sure Everything was good with us. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
