Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located home.

The Cozy Cottage of Pigeon Forge is a cheerful two bedroom, two bath, family-oriented residential home nested in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Located right off the parkway, the Cozy Cottage is just minutes away from Pigeon Forge’s greatest attractions.

Our Cozy Cottage will accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. Each room features a queen size bed and its own tv (complete with cable) while the living room offers additional sleeping via the sofa couch.

The Master Bedroom, situated at the back of the house, features an en-suite bathroom that includes both a shower and a bathtub . This room also has a walk-in closet (we’ve placed a table in there for your suitcase 😉) dresser, Roku TV with Xfinity streaming, room darkening-curtains, and a bedside table with a lamp.

The front bedroom features an en-suite bathroom as well but unlike the master bathroom, it can be accessed through the hallway. This room has a standard-sized closet (with a bench for your suitcase!), dresser, a tv with an Xfinity cable box, room-darkening curtains and a bedside table with a lamp.

Our living room is the heart of the home, where you and your family can enjoy a variety of games that we’ve provided or watch your favorite shows on our 50” Roku TV. Flip through our Xfinity channels, browse the web on our high speed internet, or watch little ones play with the toys that can be found in the coffee table drawers!

Don’t feel like going out to eat? Stay home and make a meal! Our kitchen features a side-by-side refrigerator with plenty of room, a pantry, toaster, microwave, stove and oven, a dishwasher, and a double basin sink. Feel free to email me for a complete list of our cookware!

Need to do a wash? We have both an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a can of starch, an iron, and of course, and ironing board.

As a mother of two I’ve placed many toddler-essentials in the home: a pack-n-play, a Bumbo, bibs, plates and bowls, and spoons. Bring your own sippy cup!

If you’re needing some fresh air, our patio is spacious enough for all our guests, but does have two patio chairs and a small table.
