Our complex is small, only four buildings, but big on amenities. Enjoy two pools, one enclosed for those cooler days, hot tub, basketball court, shuffleboard pad, playground equipment and a walking track. Our 3rd floor unit is decorated with a cabin-ey feel. The first moment you enter you will have no doubt that you are in The Smoky Mountains. From the tree stump dining table to the stylish and comfy king size log beds, each with its own full bathroom. This unit has been completely updated. The living room boast a cozy, queen size sofa sleeper, 55" tv, electric fireplace and two relaxing recliners after that long day. The kitchen is fully stocked for any cooking you might desire to do. Enjoy sitting in the rocking chairs on the extra large balcony. A trolley stop is a short 3 minute walk. Leconte convention center, The Island, and Ripken Ball Park is only one mile away. The ever popular Dollywood is only 4 miles away. For your security, there is a blink camera installed on the front door. This is a no smoking unit, no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony. This is also a no pet complex, anyone bringing a pet will be asked to vacate the premises and rental money forfeited. No refunds are given due to inclement weather. This condo is in the best location you could hope for if you are wanting to visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg attractions. It was perfect for my family of 5\. The only thing I did not love was the bed. It almost felt like a waterbed. It was fine, but it was just a little strange. Some of the furnishing in the condo were very dated such as no ice maker just ice trays and the living room furniture were not as comfortable as I would have liked. The internet kept going out and I ended up having to get a hotspot. I was not a fan of the master shower - the shower floor was very dirty and we had to use shower shoes. Only the indoor pool was available and it was not very clean so we only ended up swimming once. I will say the owners tried to get the internet fixed but they said their tech person was out of town. But as for location, it was perfect. Just needed some cleaning and upgrades. ##### Connie W. The condo was even nicer in person than the photos. Most items in the condo looked brand new, and this is the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The condo was very nice, it was clean and had nice furniture. The main bed was comfortable and the shower was great, plenty of room. The location is close to anything you are looking to do. The condo had all we needed from toiletries to kitchen items. The place was pristinely clean and so well taken care of. The decor throughout the condo was so nice and brought in a cabin feel. The natural wood furniture throughout was beautiful. Location was perfect - so close to restaurants and attractions. We have stayed at both condo locations these owners have in Pigeon Forge, and both are beautifully cared for, stocked with all you need for a great stay, and both times our experience was wonderful. We usually stay in a cabin with a large group but last minute decided on a small group in this condo.
