Fantastic stay!! Clean, very quiet area which was so appreciated!! Highly recommend! Pool was absolutely a blessing with the high heat

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was comfortable and fun for our boys :) Though there were only four of us, we could see that it would be an excellent spot for a get together.

We had a great time at your place, thank you! Our boys loved the putting green (and bocce balls). It would be nice to have a dresser in the main bedroom as we stayed for a week and it would be nice to be able to unpack a suitcase.

The host was amazing with everything. We had everything we needed and response time was great if we had a question. The house is in a great location for Spring Training close to so many ballparks and activities like Top Golf, Andrettis, shopping and great food. Since we stayed there for Spring Training we were thankful for being close to all the ballparks we like to see. Dodgers, Rangers, Padres then come back to the house and cool off in the pool.

No extra blankets, only one towel for the kitchen. Bathmats in tub caused slipping. Only soap/laundry detergent was very heavily perfumed and there were multiple strong air fresheners everywhere. Close location to Peoria baseball fields which was our main priority. Thanks for downloading Peacock.

We were here for a baseball tournament, 2 adults and 2 adult size teens, and it was perfect for our needs. 10 min from Peoria Sports Complex and 20ish min from Surprise Sports Complex. We were able to cook our own food, plenty of plates, cups, utensils, cookware and even storage containers. There is also a crockpot here. Regular drip coffee pot with coffee and filters available. Water pressure in showers was great and no one ran out of hot water while showering after games, plenty of towels for shower and pool. Washer/dryer worked great and there was already some detergent and dryer sheets here. Putting green was fun, right handed putters and balls provided. Host was quick to respond to questions, very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend Bubbas 33 and Ballpark Pizza/Wings if eating out. Arrowhead Point was close and a great hike to see the beautiful AZ sunset. Quiet neighborhood and bright and happy home for our stay!
