    Welcome to our SUNDANCE VILLA in Litchfield Park, AZ - A one story 3450 sq feet Toll Brothers home designed and furnished with luxury in mind - not a low budget vacation rental. This is a retreat for those who feel they are special and they deserve something special such as high end designer furniture, heated round the clock Pebble Tech pool built by Shasta, 6 people Jacuzzi with 55 jets, 7.1 surround sound in the living and family rooms, pool table, five LED/LCD HDTVs 1080p with internet video streaming and receivers, video game console, free wireless internet and paid streaming service. A wall mount 55 inch LED TV in the living room allows watching your favorite sports game over the Internet while playing billiard with your friends, another 52 inch HDTV in the family room can entertain those watching a movie while others are relaxing in the 55 jets full body massage spa.
    The pool is being professionally maintained on a weekly basis.


    Location description: Close to all the exciting activities like the Zoo, Racing Track, Cardinals Stadium, Nascar, Goodyear Ballpark, the three well known lakes: Lake Pleasant, Canyon Lake and Saguaro Lake, 2 hours drive to Sedona, 3.5 hours to Grand Canyon, one mile away from the Wigwam golf club and resort and less than 5 minutes to one of the five golf courses in the area.

Beautiful Property!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property! We were two families of 4, kids ranging from 6-9. They loved the pool and the pool table! The property was very clean and everything worked great. It’s located in a a very nice area, close drive to some shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect vacation home

The house was super nice and the owner was very quick to be as helpful as she possibly could be. Really nice owner. House is in a nice neighborhood and is equipped with everything you might need. It was a wonderful place to spend 2 weeks.

Home away from home

Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Check in was simple. Book explained TV, pool, hot tub, and offered suggestions for restaurants and activities. Loved the home’s design. My husband and I had are wing and our son and his family had their wing. Pool table was get entertainment for the teens. The home had everything we needed. Definitely stay again.

Amazing

We had an amazing time. The house is well equipped and very clean. It is in a good location, we went to Goodyear, Camelback and Surprise for spring training. Did not have to take the freeways. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was great. Definitely recommend this property.

Arizona Stay

The property was very clean and well stocked. The owner was one of the most communicative and helpful people I have dealt with during my VRBO experiences. In addition to being very spacious, everything in the property was high quality. This was a great property for a large family gathering with options for everyone. Additionally the location was an idea base for seeing many of the Phoenix area attractions we were interested in seeing/visiting.

Great place

It was great, the house was huge, as we were going to have 3 couples, but ended up with 2; so house had lots of room. The hosts were very responsive on any questions or requests. The pool was warm, the hot tub great. Very close to a Safeway, fry’s and Walmart. The area is very quiet, very easy to get in and out of when driving. The jets do fly over, almost everyday, but when u talk to the locals, it’s the sound of freedom, so u have to respect that! All in all very good.

celebrating the SuperBowl in style

Overall, this was a perfect home for our family. 2 grandkids and 6 adults. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, nice to walk around, little parks to walk through and play at. The house had plenty of space. All on one floor and nicely spread out. The Master room was on one end of the house and the other rooms on the other end. The billiards room was fun to just relax and play a game of pool. We spent most of our time in the family room, the kitchen and relaxing in the backyard near the pool. The owner was amazing. Very responsive, proactive and made the stay very enjoyable. Even with one minor issue, the owner stopped over in 5 mins and took care of the item. The house was super clean and well kept… just like home!!! I highly recommend this property and will stay again in the future.

Home away from home

Planned this visit to get away from the cold of NJ. While the weather was not co operative this property was WONDERFUL! For most of the time it was just me and my husband (we stayed for 21 days), our friends did join us for a week. They stay in what I called the guest wing. This home is later out wonderfully. Plenty of room, and very comfortable. The kitchen had just about everything you would have in your own home and laid out nicely. Clean, comfortable and many things were supplied that I feel were above and beyond. The owners were fantastic. They communicated with us on every and anything we needed. They never showed up unannounced. Always text me if they needed to check on the pool, which by the way was so lovely. Taking a swim after playing golf in a heated pool was just so relaxing. And lets not forget the hot tub! If you want to see the sites of AZ or golf or just relax, this is the home to do it in. There's a wonderful butcher within walking distance to get fresh meats to grill out back for a relaxing meal. I really can't say anything bad about our experience in this lovely home. I did not want to go home. Olivia and her husband, Igor were just lovely, friendly and non intrusive. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group! We appreciated how the home was laid out with the main suite on one side of the home and the remaining rooms on the other side, this allowed all the people in our group to have their own area. We absolutely loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and also well maintained. Our only regret is planning so many activities that we didn’t have time to enjoy the home more! Next time we will plan for a down day to sit and enjoy the home and pool more!
