Violation of any of the pet rules will result in $800 fine plus any repairs or damages incurred to be reimbursed and immediate removal of guest from property without a refund. Any stealing of any towels sheets bedding will be fined. Please do not take laundry basket. A fine of 200$ will apply if it is found missing after your stay. To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 70 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 85 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.
