It was unusually cold and rained every day the week we were there so we didn't get to use it as much as we had hoped but it was amazing. We had a few minor issues that they resolved very quickly and were very attentive to us during our whole stay. As a party of 16, this home was all that we could have asked for. Everyone had their own space, the kitchen and living areas allowed for family time, and the outdoor amenities were just what we wanted. We grilled out, lounged by the pool, enjoyed a bonfire, and even hit some spring training baseball. Look no further for a property that will fit the needs of a large group of varying age ranges. This crew travels and rents houses together a lot, mostly the Outer Banks of NC, but this year we chose to try something different. We were not disappointed. Great house, location, indoor and outdoor amenities, etc. Checked all the boxes for our seasoned rental family.Sydney our "concierge" was the greatest, also keeping in contact, making recommendations, etc.Yes a few things were "off" but nothing earthshattering. Our greeter Ashley showed us everything.Two suggestions. One, some additional shade by the pool, like a couple of umbrellas would be great. Two, be able to extend the auto-shut off of the pool features and misters. Having to run back in the house every hour to turn stuff back on was a pain. We had a lot of issues with the pool, we had 3 visits from the pool maintenance team. The house manager was very very responsive to all our questions, and the pool team was awesome!!! Unfortunately, it wasn't until the last day of our 5 night stay that we had a heated pool. Also, make sure to ask before you stay if the fire pit is operational. Our first day we stayed it was a "high pollution day" and burning was not allowed. Then We were told we could not use it because it violated the fire code. Our kids were looking forward to s'mores. Keep in mind that check out is 10am, and if you would like a later check out time, like noon, request it when you book because they will not allow the noon check our time if there is another party booked and it costs extra $$$. Overall, the beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and all the appliances worked well. The pickle ball was a lot of fun and the mini putting course was very small. The yard is a lot smaller than the pictures make it appear. With what we paid, we were hoping we would have had a fully heated pool and an operational fire pit. We had 20 family members and everyone was very comfortable and overall our experience was good, but just wanted to pint out a few things for the next guests that would like to book this home ##### Kristin C.
