Palm Ritual is a 6-bedroom, 3-bath vacation home in Scottsdale, Arizona that sleeps up to 16, set up for family reunions, holiday gatherings and multi-generational trips. It sits on a residential street 1.6 miles (a 5-minute drive) from Old Town Scottsdale and 13 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Kids and cousins share a bunk room with two full-over-full bunk beds under a starry ceiling, and grandparents can take the canopy king suite with its own bathroom. All six bedrooms have room-darkening shades. The backyard has a private pool (add-on heat Oct-Apr) shaded by a mature tree, with a large 1-foot shallow shelf for lounging, plus a gas fire pit, a gas grill, a turf lawn for lawn games, covered patio dining and an outdoor movie screen for family movie nights. Inside, a chef's kitchen with island seating opens to a dining table for 10, and a karaoke room makes for a family sing-along. Pool heating is available October through April as an add-on, so the home works as a base for Thanksgiving, winter holidays and spring break. A full-size washer and dryer and driveway parking for 3 cars are included, and Camelback Mountain trails are about 9 minutes away.

BACKYARD OASIS:
Step outside into your personal resort. The backyard is a true social hub, centered around a sparkling private pool and built in fire pit. Fire up the grill and enjoy dining alfresco. As evening arrives, head out to Old Town or take advantage of the pop up movie screen with projector. The yard is perfect for morning yoga (mats provided!) or lawn games.

- No Smoking indoors or out
- No Pets
- No unapproved visitors. Unauthorized visitors will result in cancellation without refund.
