Complete privacy with private courtyard. We recently added this addition to our home completely modern with new decor. Full size kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, and king size bed with walk-in closet and full size stackable washer/dryer. Living room has a sofa bed. Apartment sleeps up to 4\. Rental comes with parking in wrap around driveway. Conveniently located in the Groves area of Mesa, AZ. The host was very responsive, and the set-up of this apartment is just perfect for what we were looking for. The bed is comfortable, the full-size fridge is great - with lots of ice. The laundry is super-convenient and all the supplies provided were excellent.When we were there, the dishwasher was not working, and we were not informed ahead of time, so we tried to run it. Huge kitchen, large bedroom and large bathroom, excellent walk in shower. 4bar phone signal. Good parking. Easily sleep 4 adults. Good location for central Mesa. Concerns, the 1 bed is very elevated, not easy for me to get into, a senior with bad knee. The table and 2 chairs is not really good for more than 1 person. Property is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Apartment is nicely furnished. Mattress is too die for!! I noticed there were stains on stove-we did not use stove. I have a glass top at home and use Weimar Glass Cook Top cleaner-perhaps you could use the same, clean stove and then leave cleaner in apartment for renters to clean stove as needed. ##### Dave K.
