The backyard is a private and pristine oasis of appealing amenities that include a heated lagoon pool, spa, not one but 2 propane grills, a gas fire pit, a wood burning fireplace, many chaises and a covered patio with cushioned dining furniture, TV, beverage fridge and Sonos stereo. The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Recreational opportunities abound as our home is supplied with 3 bikes, a putting green, a basketball hoop and corn hole and horseshoe games. Private pool deck offers spectacular city and sunset views. Both front and back yards are professionally landscaped and compliment home's southwestern appeal. With all the upgrades and additions, guests who have previously stayed here will feel like they are renting a new vacation home. Yes, you're going to LOVE our home! \~ STYLISH SPACES \~ Chic entrance way with elegant water feature welcomes you to open and stylish home that has been recently updated to feature a more modern look. Great room has comfy seating to watch smart TV or enjoy warmth of electric fireplace. A grand pool table invites our land sharks to improve their best pocket shots. Attractive and fully stocked kitchen has an island for preparing and serving delectable cuisine and a bar for mixing favorite drinks. A wine fridge has been added for our wine enthusiasts. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The breakfast nook adjacent to the kitchen is encircled with large windows and offers views of the backyard oasis. The more formal dining room is a lovely place to wine and dine with your favorite people. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. The attached casita is a stand alone domicile with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen and a bath with a walk in shower. \~ SWEET DREAMS in MESA \~ Our home has 6 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 sofa beds plus 5 bathrooms. The modern primary suite features a king bed, sofa bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV and en suite bath that includes a sunken jetted garden tub, separate glass shower and dual vanity sinks. Doors in the primary suite open to porch and pool deck for a midnight rendezvous in the pool or spa. Large walk-in closet has a desk and chair for your remote work. Bedrooms 2, 4 and 5 have king beds; Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Bedroom 5 has 2 king beds, a secluded sitting area plus a large desk with a chair for remote work. ALL bedrooms have Smart TVs and ample storage space. A Jack and Jill bath between Bedrooms 2 and 3 has a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a private bath with a walk-in shower. The fourth bath is not attached to a bedroom and features a tub/shower combination for guests staying in Bedroom 5\. Brand new linens and towels have been added throughout the home. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. \~ TECHNOLOGY TREATS \~ Home has been updated with the best residential high speed Internet available from COX Communications. Our previous host cancelled on us two days before we were supposed to arrive. We found this beautiful home last minute and the host was very responsive! What a fantastic time our family had in your home. Everything was so nice and clean. We had everything we needed to accommodate our needs. The pool was fantastic, the water was warm and the putting green for our family of golfers was a big hit! We really enjoyed the location as it was close to everything. If I had to give a negative comment for anything, it would be to remove the pool table to a different location to allow a bigger sitting area in the living room for everyone to gather around, especially since the home allow for 18 people. Séjour de 4 nuits en mars 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Brian T. 25 oct. 2023 Points forts : Propreté #### Wonderful Oasis Our group had such a wonderful stay at the Mesa LUX. A group of 8 men who were here to participate in the MSBL World Series over 50 baseball tournament. The house fit all of us comfortably. The backyard pool and hot tub were such a welcome feature to sooth our weary bones after games each day. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils we needed to make our dinners each evening, along with the grills in the backyard. The casitas was a great spot for one of the guys to have as his own house and all the other bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious enough that we did not feel as if we were overcrowded. Mountain bikes were great to have for a few of us to enjoy an early sunrise ride and after we were done with the baseball tournament, having the poker table was great for us to enjoy our own poker tournament one afternoon. Property management team was wonderful in communication throughout the whole process of checking in and out. Location of house was perfect. Plenty of things to do within a 1/2 hour. A group of parents stayed at this house in Mesa. It was the perfect location! About twenty minutes from Bell Bank Park and within five minutes of groceries and great local restaurants. Usery Park is practically in the backyard and beautiful! Be sure to check for events in the park, we went on a full moon high and a fantastic morning hike. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. We’re planning to return to AZ for a longer trip and will definitely stay here again. ##### Michael W. Lots of room if you have a large group. Beds are firm, which I don't mind, but some people may not prefer. Ceiling fans are a little loud, so some of our group switched rooms. Kitchen has everything you could need, but the casita did not have much, so a lot of things needed to be borrowed from the main kitchen. We only had two issues while we were there for 8 nights. One was not having the garbage bins brought back from the main road when they were supposed to be. One call to the management office and they were returned within a few hours. The second was the pool not being serviced properly. The pool cleaner came but basically did nothing. Did not refill the chlorine tablets that were empty or put any chemicals in the pool, so we had to call the management company and they sent someone out and the pool had to be shocked based on algae accumulating. Had it been done properly the first time, we could've avoided that issue. Keep in mind that this property is located in the back of a private road. If you're having anything delivered (food, groceries, etc) or Uber/Lyft services, almost everyone had a difficult time finding the house. Other than the private road, it's extremely close to the freeway and restaurants and other shopping. It's also less than 30 minutes from the airport, so the location in general is great. You also have control over the thermostat, which is nice since some places restrict how low/high you can set the temps. ##### Jill N. Plenty of room for everyone. We were in Mesa for our daughter wedding, and everyone had a great time at this house, really made the trip special that we could all send it together!! We were excited to have a place with a putting green but extremely disappointed with the condition of the putting green and bunker. From check in to departure, it was a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, and the outdoor entertaining area was wonderful for lounging as well as pool activities. Our group of 9 adult women really enjoyed the house. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived at 1am. I had to call the owners since we couldn’t find the property using GPS, mostly because it was very dark and I couldn’t see the road signs. The good news is a guy answered my call promptly and stayed on the phone with me giving turn by turn instructions until we found the house. Very nice property with plenty of space for our group, perfect for any large group. We enjoyed the outdoor heated spa especially since we needed to soak our muscles from several days of bowling, I’d definitely stay there again!! ##### KARLA L.
