The beds were so well made that they never came undone. The kitchen appliances worked well and basic dishware, and utensils were provided. We had the most trouble with water utilities in the kitchen and bathrooms - poor flow and tight faucet handles. The tub was very high to step in and out of and very slippery. We needed a bathtub mat.
