Neighborhood is adjacent to the Las Sendas Golf Course and home boasts amazing fairway and mountain views as well as spectacular sunrise and sunset vantage points. Remodeling has transformed our home into a paradise with comfortable furnishings and resort amenities. There are 3 bikes at the home for guests to use for sightseeing within the community and beyond. \~ BOULDER CANYON BEAUTIFUL \~ Well-appointed home has a formal living room with a TV and an elegant dining room with stellar outdoor views. The great room is an ultra-comfortable place to enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace and watch TV or admire amazing window views. The fully stocked kitchen with eat-in area has new granite countertops, an island for serving food, high top table seating and window views that will prove distracting to the chef and helpers. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The open floor plan and large windows lining the back of our home create bright and cheerful living spaces throughout. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Cable TV and Wifi are complimentary. \~ SLEEP LIKE A ROCK \~ ALL bedrooms have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans so arguing about sleeping arrangements is not necessary. Four bedrooms, including the primary suite, and two bathrooms are upstairs. A hair dryer and soap are stocked. The primary suite features a deluxe king bed, ample closet space, a ceiling fan and a cozy reclining chair for viewing the TV. Enjoy morning coffee while admiring stunning sunrise and mountain views from the private balcony off primary suite. Primary en suite bath includes a divine garden tub, dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. Everyone's happy because the second, third and fourth bedrooms have king beds, televisions and ceiling fans. Bedrooms share a pretty second bath with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, TV, ceiling fan and a bath with a tub/shower combo. Completely stocked and pristine laundry room helps you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. So many bedrooms, baths and wonderful amenities. We never got tired of the views and sunshine! We loved using the hot tub and fire pit at night. Because the kitchen had everything we needed it was easy to fix meals. We did some sightseeing and loved the mountains and museums. They also have fun restaurants close to neighborhood. Our stay was a month long and we hope to stay here again next year. Definitely 5 stars and we highly recommend to anyone wanting a large space. Thanks to the Arizona team AVHR who took care of us. We especially loved the heated pool with golf and mountain views. The kids had a great time practicing their golf swings on the green when they weren't in the pool or spa. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Golf, stores and restaurants are super close. We plan to return next year. We could not believe how clean and well stocked the property was. We had a little bit of a problem lighting the overhead space heater on the second evening, but no big thing overall. One item that everyone commented on was the pillows. Very thin with little support and nobody was happy with them. Change the pillows to go from A+ to A++! House was appointed nicely and had all the items advertised. There were a couple of items that could make the home better to stay in. 1 - Beautiful master bedroom has no curtains/shades on large 8' sliding door to balcony. bright sun in the room at 5:30 a.m., not to mention lack of privacy in the room as it looks straight onto a tee box. 2 - Strict noise rules: no loud noise from 10 pm til 8 am. however yard maintenance at neighbors homes and on the golf course starts at 6 am. , Loud mowers and blowers to awaken you if you are not already awake from the sun. Apparently they are exempt from the rules. 3 - Pool maintenance did not knock/notify that they were there to service the hot tub/pool. Just walked into the back yard. Rectifying these few issues would have made the stay perfect. All in all nice place, just a few hiccups/onconveniences. Eric ##### Eric E. We enjoyed the pool and patio every day. The house was clean and well maintained. The property managers were responsive to any questions that we had. This place was perfect! A great view of the mountains from the back of the house; a great view of the beautiful LasSendas golf course (a must play); your own pool and hot tub. Our family came to visit and we had everything we needed right there. Another big plus is easy access to the highway (202) for those who aren't familiar with the area. We played golf, hiked, played tennis and enjoyed all there was right outside our door. We would definitely go back. ##### Sandra I. Loved the back yard get away with lots of hiking nearby. Rooms were clean adn beautifully decorated! We wanted to get out of MN but couldn't be out in public, so this had everything we needed.
