During the months of July-September it is possible that you will experience hotter than usual temperatures or monsoon storms. Rainwater can enter the exterior Arizona room through the screens, this is completely normal. Please note that the pool can reach 100 degrees in the summer months. ★ AC UNIT: Please DO NOT put the AC unit lower than 68 degrees. If it is set to low, the coils can freeze up and damage the unit. When leaving the property, we ask that you put the AC unit back to 75 degrees. ★Please do not touch the pool equipment. If the equipment is tampered with, this will result in a $1000 nonrefundable fine. ★We do allow one pet. We charge a $75 pet fee. Please disclose if you are bringing a pet and read the house rules. ★TRASH- There are two exterior city trash cans located on the side of the garage. The BLACK trash can pick up day is Saturday morning; The BLUE recycle pickup day is Wednesday morning. Feel free to set these city cans on the street by the curb if they are getting full. We do our best to keep these empty upon your arrival. ★DAMAGES/PROPERTY - Guests agree to pay for any damages, as well as any lost or stolen property. Our cleaners take precise inventory of all of our home's endless amenities. If something is damaged or is not working properly, please let your host know in a timely manner. The house was wonderful! While I had a few client meetings in Tucson and Queen Creek, the family was able to take advantage of the great backyard! The heated pool made the trip - the kids spent so much time in it! Even at 7am when it was 50 degrees!! The house had everything and more! Also loved the space of the house. We visited in August for a disconnect from our normal grind - a scorching time to visit the Mesa area, to be sure - and truly enjoyed our visit. The home is maintained very well and is super, super clean. A/C was definitely needed during our visit and we had zero trouble keeping cool during the heat of the summer days. The interior and exterior decor was just right for us and there's a light, breezy energy to the property. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that's convenient to all other Phoenix metro areas and serves as a great launch pad for day trips to several other Arizona locations. We made use of the pool and putting green on several occasions and enjoyed the Arizona room, patio and backyard in the evening/twilight hours when temps cooled. We even got to witness a couple of monsoon storms rolling through the valley. The hosts were super friendly, responsive and helpful, too. All and all, I could definitely see visiting El Moro again for future AZ excursions! ##### Amanda A. This is the first property we’ve stayed in where things were exactly as advertised. If (and that’s a big if) I had a question, there was a thoughtful note that answered me. The house was well stocked with soap, detergent, TP and paper towel. The towels for the bath and pool were luxurious! We had 3 generations in the house, teens through to 75 years and there was something for everyone. I already miss the Arizona room, the perfect spot for us adults to sit and enjoy ourselves while the kids played in the pool and backyard. The fully stocked kitchen offered regular plates and a full range of plastic wear to take out by the pool. The hosts provided so many thoughtful details that made our stay positively amazing. In fact when we arrived at our next destination ( big chain hotel), we were homesick for El Moro Resort! ##### Kristen D.
