- Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath private home with front and backyard walkout patios. Very nice, quiet and well kept neighborhood. 1 minute from McCormick Ranch Golf Course walking trails, 5 minutes from Talking Stick Casino and golf and less than 10 minutes from Old Scottsdale for great shopping and dining. Large front entry foyer opens to a spacious living area and formal dining and walkout to a beautiful private backyard patio. Access from the garage to a spacious kitchen includes informal dining and a walkout to a to a small, quant covered sitting area that flows into the private backyard and patio surrounded by a desert landscape of cactus and palo verde trees. The master suite has a walkout to the back yard as well. The front of the home includes a private covered patio, great for relaxing at sundown.
