The hotel in general, as well as the room and bed were clean. There were some plumbing issues with the toilet and the shower drain. Front desk people were so nice. Not sure why they charge you to park though.

Exton Hotel & Conference Center
The place is very dirty. There were crumbs on the floor in the room, and the shower was not properly cleaned. The elevator entrance was wet and stained with who knows what. I would say bring your own bed and sheets, or stay in your car (even better).

Charming 3-bedroom house with WiFi and AC in wonderful Philadelphia
Check in was quick. Kitchen was well equipped, also large washer and dryer was handy.

Diamond Suites Philadelphia Center
I never got a chance to stay in the room when I first arrived The door was opened I walked in the room OMG the room was nasty no clean sheets tobacco paper was on the window the floors were dirty the bathroom was filthy. So I left the property and tried to call the property manager they never responded ...
