I felt that should have been annotated on the property details given that I specially book homes with dedicated parking to avoid the inconvenience of finding parking with a young child. There is no washer/dryer so this is not a “home away from home” type of place, however the location is close to many restaurants off Washington Ave & its surrounding area.The home is clean & close to the park. However parking is a huge factor for me & I had trouble finding parking during my entire stay (4 nights). ##### Jurina C. Perfect place to do it. Short Uber ride to everywhere we wanted to go - Train station, Penn’s Landing, Museum area, Magic Garden, Reading Terminal and more.The town house looked even better in person than the pictures. Very clean, great small but very functional kitchen with upscale appliances. AC worked well. Watched 1 movie - tv easy to use. Bedrooms very comfortable. Highly recommend. Everyone we encountered was courteous and friendly. Our host (Jennifer) was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs. We always felt she was interested in making sure our experience was pleasant and enjoyable. The home was perfectly located, making it easy to either walk or bus to all of our destinations. Everything from the neighborhood markets and eateries, as well as the downtown and the waterfront areas were easy to get to.
