There were cracked tiles in the shower and the shower gel had a bar across the dispenser so hardly anything comes out of the pump bottle. I rate this hotel as 2 stars. Towels were gray, rough and dingy. The pillows (4) on each bed were extremely firm and almost unusable and definitely very uncomfortable. The clothes closet did NOT provide for any long hanging so I had to hang my dresses on the air conditioning panel. The value for what we received was very poor. I would have preferred another chain hotel this one. I could never recommend this hotel. Room 210 was in good condition . There was constant pounding and noise coming from the roof where air vents and equipment rooms were located. The room was near the elevator and the utility and elevator rooms had noise and pounding constantly. Had a hard time trying to sleep. This lasted all day and especially at night. Advised front desk at check out and in the future would like a room away from these areas.
