Funky design, and city feel The home has historic steps (see photos and read the entire listing) with a rope banister. Hold tight when climbing the steps! Please read the description of the space carefully and check out our slide show with captions providing further details about our home (if you double-click on the photos, the slideshow will open and you will be able to see the captions). This trinity home is 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in a great location, right along the Fishtown strip. Relax and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The home has been recently renovated with many unique features typical of a historic trinity style home! Ground floor- Upon entering you will see the living room, kitchen and patio beyond. Enjoy the outdoor area with patio table, chairs, and umbrella. Up the STEEP steps to the second floor is a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. A privacy screen has been provided to allow privacy to guests sleeping on this floor. This is the only bathroom of the home located on the second floor. Up more STEEP steps to the 3rd floor is the final bedroom. This bedroom has its own wall split for extra AC. In the basement, you will find a washer and dryer. \*IMPORTANT NOTE: the property has very tight vertical trinity style stairwells - this is not for everyone. Please reference pictures of stairwell and understand this is a smaller space. If you have any concerns about mobility, please use your best judgement when selecting this home\* You have the home to yourself! Historic trinity style homes are known for their STEEP winding staircases that may not be ideal for people with issues climbing stairs. Guests with larger feet may find walking up/down the stairs a challenge. Welcome to Philly! We want you to have an amazing time in our city while ensuring our home stays in great shape for everyone. We’ve had some past issues, so these rules are here to help keep everything running smoothly. If anything seems unclear or if you have any questions, just ask – we’re here to help! House Rules: No parties or events – Let’s keep things low-key and relaxed. No drugs or illicit behavior – Safety and respect for everyone are key. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana – Please keep it out of the home, off the balconies, and at least 25 feet away from the building. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am – We strictly enforce this to ensure everyone gets a good night’s rest. Registered guests only – No additional guests or overnight visitors unless they’re listed on your reservation. No shoes inside – Helps keep the place clean and cozy. Toilet paper only in the toilet – Keeps the plumbing happy! Keep the home clean and tidy – Report any damages or missing items to us right away. Follow all city and building bylaws – It helps everyone get along. Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older. Location Requirement: We don’t rent to local residents of Philadelphia – this helps us maintain a vacation-friendly atmosphere. Fee Schedule: $500 for removing any or all guests/occupants. $500 for excessive noise. $500 for smoking. $500 for breaking any house rules. $1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects. $50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out. $50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests. We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations. The house was super cute and the beds were comfortable. Everything you need is provided. Listing states stairs are very steep and I feel that is a bit of an understatement. The stairs are the steepest and narrowest I have actually ever seen and we did need the rope to help hoist ourselves up the stairs. Getting up stairs is more of a climb than a walk. Anyone with arthritis etc. would struggle to get up, or maybe not be able to get up at all and the bathroom is on the second floor. I would have also liked a full size coffee pot as opposed to the 4 cup. Overall though the property was very nice, clean, and close to everything. ##### Shawna K. Communicated this with the property manager and they were sending fans out and would have the unit repaired first thing the next day. Then didn’t bring fans because it would have been a late delivery but promised fans between 7-9am the next morning. Philly was in mid 90’s so it was miserable. They never showed with fans or repair and finally answered my call at 7:00pm 2 days later and said the contractor would try to find someone to work on the unit the following day. We called VRBO and they were great puttin go us in a hotel. I received a call my last day in Philly letting me know someone would come fix the unit. While on the way to the airport, I received an email letting me know the technician would be out shortly to do the repair. Also, no designated parking for the unit so that was a challenge ##### David H.
