The bed was extremely comfortable with its pillow-top mattress. Additionally, the hotel was located close to the Xfinity Mobile Arena. However, I wish Aloft didn’t charge for parking.

First the good. The hotel is conveniently located for sporting events and it was clean. Now the rest: Checkout is at noon but the housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 7:30 ! Then again at 9. The ‘free coffee’ in the lobby was nasty. Probably made a day before and judt reheated. The shower water never got hot. I let the water rin for over 10 minutes and it never got warm

This place has really gone downhill from when I used to travel to Philly and stay here regularly. Rooms were in a state of disrepair. The mirror in our bathroom was broken. There was no food service on site and the selections and the nearby 4 Seasons was limited and they were out of many choices. Will not be returning here. The good news is that the front desk staff members were friendly and helpful.

It is a very functional location. A $15-20 uber ride to the city. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was excellent and the natural light was memorable. I would stay their again but trying to get to and fro by public transportation is not practical although it is probably cheaper, but I don't know.
