Pflugerville Vacation Packages

The staff was not the friendliest or welcoming at front desk, there was some Maintenance or other thing being done so the entire breakfast, table & chair area was closed off. We did not eat breakfast on site either day. There was only 2 bags of hot tea, both earl gray , and staff said they had no more tea on the premises. Our room smelled musty and damp and I had to use our body spray to make it pleasant. For the price of stay for 2 nights I expected better.

People were very nice and the room was ok but the bar was closed, half of the elevators didn’t work and my tiny window overlooked a ledge on the roof covered in garbage. Very average.

It’s a very artsy hotel. Rainy street is awesome.

Great room, great location, very clean and great staff at the front desk and in upstairs lounge

Tremendous noise problem if your room is on the front roadway, provided noise machine and ear plugs notwithstanding. Hotel shows some wear in rooms. Staff routinely provide less than complete answers to simple questions. Valet pretty quick must times.
