This place was perfect for what we needed this weekend. A soccer tournament in Petoskey brought us here. We weren't at the house much at all- it was a true landing spot. If that is what you are looking for, this place is perfect. Clean. Basic. Beds are comfy. (Too comfy if you have to be somewhere in the morning :) ...) Basic dishes and salt and pepper provided, as well as soap for sinks, dishwasher and laundry. The futons in the living room are not comfortable, so we were glad we weren't there very much. If you are looking for a place with extra amenities (games, hot tub, comfortable living room to hang out in), this is not your place. If you need an affordable place to crash, this is it.
