When we went down to the desk to ask how to get to the pool the girl working the desk told us how to get there which we had to go outside on the coldest day of the year so far to get to it. When we got down to the pool it was locked and all over the hotel it said the pool was open till 11 PM and it was only 10:30 PM. So my husband went back down there and asked the girl if she could open it up? So the handyman came and opened the pool and it wasn’t until we were in there that it said you had to get the towels at the front desk. So back down to the front desk my husband goes to get the towels.
