Property Summary  
Poggetto Pellegrini is a recently renovated holiday rental situated in the hamlet Aramo, located 8.5 km from the center of Pescia, Italy. This property offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape and a peaceful atmosphere. It features a 20,000 m2 terraced garden, an above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 130 cm) for shared use, and parking on the premises. The property includes two fully equipped apartments with modern amenities such as Internet Wifi, washing machine, and an installment plan option.

The property boasts a 20,000 m2 terraced garden filled with plants and trees, providing a serene outdoor space for guests to enjoy. Additionally, there is an above-ground swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 130 cm) available for shared use from June 10th to October 1st each year. An outdoor shower is also available for guests' convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The owner lives on the same property, ensuring assistance when needed. Access to the house is via a 300 m long motor road, which is unpaved. Parking is available on the premises for guests' convenience.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a mini-oven, 4 gas rings, freezer, and electric coffee machine. Additionally, it features a shower/WC and heating system to ensure your comfort throughout your vacation.
