Great villa, easy access to Perth

We loved our time at Como Retreat. The parks nearby and we had a bbq under the trees!Annette was a great host - we will come again!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The property itself is lovely but the advertising is misleading . It's a side building on same property as the owners personal home with the dining area exposed and in full view of the main house , so not very private. It was hot the day I arrived but the air conditioner did not cool the place down at all with cheap fans for the bedroom area which just moved the air around . I paid for 4 days , left after 4 hours and no refund.

Lovely Clean Modern Guest House

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay at this guest house in Como. It was a modern, clean, stand alone building in a good area. It had everything we needed. The owner was easy to contact, and was very hospitable. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much.

Great spot to stay, fantastic hosts!

Como Retreat was truly a home away from home. Clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would need on holiday. Public transport almost on the door stop means everything is super accessible. They have a fantastic Farmers Market just down the road on a Saturday morning which makes grabbing beautifully fresh supplies very easy. Lots of great restaurants within a 10 minute stroll. Annette and her family could not have made us feel more welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time. The villa is close to everything. We caught the bus/train to town and had a great meal at a nearby restaurant. Will come again!

Great location, great hosts

My stay at Como Retreat was fantastic and I would recommend this as a base to anyone visiting Perth. Easy access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Neat, clean and spacious villa with everything you need to be self reliant. The hosts were extremely welcoming too, nothing was too much trouble.

Great spot, close to city and public transport. We came to visit our son at Curtin University and he was able to stay with us for a couple of nights. The villa had everything we needed, quiet and comfy,.

Comfortable and spacious "home away from home" with a great location to explore Perth and surrounds. Great property if traveling with children/infants. Owners very helpful and accommodating to needs. Enjoyed our stay, thank you!
