It is such a cosy place, especially with the fireplaces roaring and the small lamps on. Everything was very clean with lots of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and looked after. The granny flat was a wonderful retreat inside a retreat. I enjoyed the various sitting places in the well kept back yard. Communication with host was clear and excellent We had a truly lovely and amazing time here!

We had two families stay and it was an amazing trip. We loved the large backyard that was big enough for cricket and the outlook over the golf course. The separate granny flat actually worked out well as an extra living space. Preston beach is a lovely place and this was a great house. We also made the most of the sauna and really appreciated the quality towels
