No soap in the shared bathroom closest to my room so I went and bought my own which was promptly removed, along with my towel, when the bathroom was cleaned and never returned. There is filtered water in the shared kitchen but don't forget to travel with a cup so you can enjoy it. It is in a dingy part of town, and there was a lot of noise from people in the street and noises from the port (sirens from the port woke me up a few time - not police or ambulance sirens, but machinery sirens I think). I had to ring a number from outside the hotel to get someone to let me in for check in. It is secure and it has secure car parking, which is very good. The room was clean, and the shared bathroom facilities were generally clean too. When the airconditioning was running it smelt musty. The window looked out over a muddy vacant block with a tent pitched in it. 1 of the separate, shared bathrooms was clean and functional, although the other had a blown light globe. There was no bathroom curtain, just a towel over the window.
