Bathroom was dirty. Soap from last tenant was still in the shower. Dirty shower curtain. Pool and hot tub out of service. Limited breakfast. Staff was no where to be found.

Hampton Inn & Suites Ogden
Kerri was absolutely amazing and such a godsend after a very stressful morning. She did everything to make our stay be the best it could be and I am so grateful for her and her kindness. The breakfast was also delicious as usual!

Big Piney Family Fun
