- This welcoming holiday apartment is a fantastic retreat for up to four guests, perfect for discovering the characterful seaside resort of Perranporth along the breathtaking northern coast of West Cornwall. The property lies in a convenient position with a boating lake and a variety of fantastic pubs, cafes and restaurants in the immediate area. The beach is a short stroll away, offering a stunning 3-mile stretch of golden sands and is a popular spot for surfing. Perranporth is ideally situated along the northern corner of the magical St Agnes Heritage Coast, which leads south-west towards the stunning Chapel Porth Beach (6 miles). Heading north-east, the vibrant seaside resort of Newquay is known for its nightlife (8.5 miles). Venturing inland, attractions include Lappa Valley, Penrose Water Gardens and Cornwall Gold, all within 11 miles.
Entering this cheerful property via the shared entrance, head up the stairs to the first floor, where you will find this charming apartment located to the right. Stepping inside, you will be greeted by a cheery open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, offering an ideal space for you all to relax in after a wonderful day discovering a stunning part of Cornwall. The lovely lounge has plenty of plush seating and a Smart TV, alongside a sociable central dining table and a beautifully organised kitchen. Exploring the inviting getaway further, you will have a choice of two cosy double bedrooms. The accommodation is rounded off with a shower room.
Stepping outside, private parking is available on the driveway for one car. The beach and the boating lake are both within a quarter of a mile, with a fantastic choice of shops, cafes and pubs within 50 metres.
