The check in process was very smooth. They had a room available for early check in, which was a welcome comfort.
The elevator was always quick to arrive during our visit. One of those little things that make a big difference.
Proximity to Pike Place Market was a big positive. Onsite dining was good, though a little pricey. The 15 dollar dining credit was very welcome.
The room was comfortable during the day. At night, the curtains didn't quite keep out all of the light, making it always seem as if the sun was just rising, even in the middle of the night. Pillows, a very individual preference, were too soft. They would squish down to nothing, making it no support at all. . Thermostat controls were wonky, but that is an issue with the brand and not the hotel's fault.

Unfortunately, our car was broken into during the night - in the hotel's parking lot. Apparently it is not monitored after midnight. Some significant things were stolen. The hotel and garage staff did help us clean up the car and put on a plastic shield. But the hotel itself did not offer anything to help us feel better about the experience.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice. However, The lobby is very difficult to access for those with mobility issues. I would not recommend this hotel to someone who needs a walker, wheelchair or scooter.
We have stayed here many times but won't be staying there now.
