We picked it because we had brought 3 boats up to Snug Harbor Marina and found this place directly across the street from the marina. Place had plenty of space and was clean. There is one small wall unit in one of the bedrooms. We were there Labor Day weekend , it was so hot and humid with no relief in the rental, so yes, it was a deal breaker.
