Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and such a short walk to the beach. All restaurants were within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking again.

The condo is overlooking the beach and a has a great view. The nice thing is that you get two free chairs with an umbrella with your stay.

Emerald Isle is currently under construction as of March 2026. There is only one active elevator which creates long wait times. The unit was good, bit many outlets were not working. Property management moved us to a new resort (Portofino Island), which was great. I will book there instead next time.

The beach view was awesome. Never went in pool. Weather was not great. Cold wet and windy but condo was beautiful and well appointed making staying in doors quite pleasant

The view is spectacular from the balcony!! Enjoyed using the nice and big balcony from beginning with a cup of coffee, to a relaxing ending with a glass wine! Having three bedrooms with three bathrooms was truly a blessing!! The ice maker was fantastic!! Loved being there every moment!! Cannot wait to next year for a repeat visit!!

Overall, we had a good stay at Emerald Isle in Pensacola Beach. The location is definitely the biggest highlight — right on the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made everything super convenient. The included beach chair service was also a really nice bonus and added to the overall beach experience. The 506 unit itself was clean and nice, but it does feel a bit older and could use some updating in certain areas. One thing future guests should know is that if you book through Hotels.com, you do not get to choose your specific unit or floor. The biggest disappointment was the lack of communication regarding construction during our stay and the large pool being closed for a few days. It would have been appreciated to receive advance notice about that before arrival so expectations could be managed accordingly. That said, we still enjoyed our trip overall thanks to the excellent location and beach access.

Overall impression of the property was great, clean comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable beds and furniture This property had a few issues 1. The beds were in the wrong rooms, description says king-size bed in the primary which opens onto the balcony and queen-size in the secondary, they were just the opposite, so definitely was not what I booked. Maintenance was contacted and came and looked at the situation and agreed that the beds were in the wrong rooms and said they would check into it further and try and correct, never heard from them again 2. The TV in the secondary room didn't have any reception so that was useless 3. The tubs in both bathrooms drained so slowly that you were standing in 3-4 inches of water by the time your shower was done

The condo we stayed in was 205. Although it look like it could’ve been nice at one point some things need attention. Cleaning is a must. I know a deep cleaning needs to take place at least every now and then. Light switches were nasty. Who want to touch that. Around the bottom of the toilet is yellow. Is that urine? Toilet seat needs to be replaced. Ants was everywhere but didn’t bother us too much. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking but it looked like the kitchen was well stocked with silverware, pots and pans…. The washer and dryer is a nice amenity. I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Silverfish and staying in an “apartment that was undergoing renovation. The property was amazing but my room with 2 beds that were less than “fresh” tv platforms from 2000’s. And then there was the renovation hints half-done through my room. The pools views and overall esthetic was amazing.

We loved the location of the condo. We had a 2nd floor unit and the view was just perfect. The balcony was a great size, as was the interior space. They have 2 pools and the smaller one was heated which allowed my daughter to swim in the end of November. Really happy about that. Our unit itself had a couple of minor issues - the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were so loud (knocking and squeaking) that we couldn't use them. The kitchen counter was slightly dirty near the sink and there were a few random ants in both bathrooms. Overall tho it was a great place and we would stay again.

Location is awesome. Pool is beautiful. The unit I stayed in was disappointing. It was in desperate need of fresh paint, especially around the base boards, trim work, and hardware such as towel holders. The couch needs replacing as the leather is very much worn off and peeling. We also found quite a few ants in the unit.
