"The hotel is fine, the breakfast was very good, and the location on the beach is fantastic. Why I gave this property a 4 star rating is because of the $15.00 per day parking fee, and the $60.00 per day beach chair rental fee. I know most Florida beaches have a chair rental fee, but this was higher than any other I've paid. And more importantly I was led to believe by the Expedia advertising that this property had the fee included."

"Let me preface this with we had booked a 2 night stay but my husband got ill and we had to leave early, so perhaps I didn't give it a chance. Nice hotel with an Old Florida feel, but nothing that wowed me. The rooms clean but reminded me of a Jersey shore motel, small, cramped and underwhelming. Great views of the water, however, and nice bar available. The people at the front desk were very nice. I would stay here again perhaps for a 1 night stay. Nice that they let pets stay free, though. My cat loved the place!"

"Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Love the pools but mostly love the beach right in front of the hotel! Clean, beautiful white sand and sea shells are plentiful! Great breakfast options included and lots of great restaurants nearby."
