The house comprises 3 apartments: the smaller is for 2 people with kitchen and bathroom, the bigger is for 8 people and has 2 bathrooms, livingroom with kitchen, the last is for 6 people, with livingroom and kitchen with a table big enough to eat all together also inside, plus 2 bathrooms. The house is for a total of 16 people, but we can add 3 extra single beds with extra cost and 2 cots on request. The bedsheets and towels for the bathroom are included and the change of them will be every 7 nights. Outside there is a comfortable dining area with a very big table, barbecue and wood-burning oven. There is also a big pivate pool and a small house full of toys for the children. The guests can also harvest the vegetables from our garden and the fruit from our fruit grove. More than 60 olive trees are inside the fenced garden. It's possible arrive on foot in the center of Penna in Teverina, that is at only 1.5 km, where you can find small but nice shops, but the car is suggested to discover the area. La maison est très agréable, parfaite pour 16 personnes.La piscine est grande et vraiment très bien. La maison est située dans une très belle région d'Italie. Avec de très nombreuses visites possibles à moins d'1H de la maison. Un très bon séjour.Deux points d'amélioration: il faudrait que la bâche de protection du soleil sur la terrasse soit plus grande et plus large et de meilleure qualité afin que le midi, lorsqu'il y a 16 personnes, tout le monde puisse être à l'ombre il y avait parfois des odeurs de "fosse septique" dans la salle de bain de la partie "Nido". ##### Christine D. Il posto è bellissimo e Valeria è stata molto gentile, ha organizzato la festa (con buffet e bibite varie) per 50 persone e sono rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti.
