Beautiful design and location but lifeless
Odd sort of a place - completely deserted by 9pm each of the four nights we were there. Reception was supposed to be open until 9pm but when we returned with keys to the hotel bikes (€9 a day) at 8.45, it seemed long since deserted. Excellent hotel with comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. I did not use the balcony due to the weather.
