Our experience was incredible from start to finish. The customer service is impeccable — the staff responds super quickly and always with genuine kindness. The food is also great: good quality and generous portions, and if you want more variety, there are options just 5 minutes away by car.
What stood out most was that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the team went above and beyond with details and decoration that made the moment unforgettable. You can tell they truly care about making every guest feel special.
The main pool is bigger than it looks in photos, and the location is excellent — everything is close by. When we arrived from the port, they also offered a shuttle for an additional cost, which was a huge relief after the trip. They also helped us book a private tour at a fair and great price, which we really appreciated.
As for the price, honestly we feel there's no hotel where you could pay for the level of attention and warmth we experienced here — that's priceless.
We noticed the hotel is relatively new with few reviews so far, but don't let that stop you — the quality and service are top-notch, and we left completely delighted.
100% recommended, especially if you're looking for a place with excellent service and location.
