The apartment is part of a thatched-roof house. The entrance leads through a traditional door to a cloakroom. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The living area features the kitchen with a round dining table and padded chairs, as well as a spacious sofa for relaxed dining and watching TV. A wooden cabinet provides storage for dishes, and fridge and freezer offer ample space. A wooden staircase leads to the bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The staircase is secured with a child safety gate. All windows are fitted with insect screens.



Outside, you can enjoy a shared garden, a covered and an open communal terrace—perfect for relaxing. Washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.



A communal parking space is available at the house. Pets are welcome (1 pet allowed). Events are not permitted.
