You need to be careful with little kids as there are several small variations in floor height as you move around the house that cause tripping hazards, actually even for adults. The views are fantastic of sunsets, moon, stars and ocean. There was plenty of room for my wife and me, our 4 adult children and spouses, plus 2 young children and 2 infants. The kitchen and living room great area was great and loved having the really large dinning table and smaller dinning table out on the deck to enjoy meals while enjoying the great views. The enormous indoor lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with a washer and dryer made our stay seamless. We spent most of our time outside on the massive covered terrace, enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area. The views are breathtaking, and we even saw monkeys in the mornings! The connected annex with its own entrance and a private terrace on the second floor was a great bonus. Overall, we highly recommend this stunning and spacious villa.
