This cozy 1 bedroom/bath is perfect for a weekend getaway. Mini frig, microwave, and coffee maker available in the room. Located on the Litchfield resort property, you will have access to the resort amenities including tennis & pickleball courts, a fishing pond, and lots of walkways. You can stroll the walkways to the beach, about a 1/2 mile walk, or drive and park at the private beach access parking lot. *please note a mini frig only in this unit.
The pool complex has a lazy river, large pool, 2 separate hot tubs, and a special kids splash play area!
We offer self check-in and keyless entry so no need to wait in registration lines.

*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.
