The room and property was nice but could be cleaner. Overall, the staff was nice and friendly but communication for additional fees, such as cleaning amount did not match what reflected on Expedia, the hotel could do better to email tenants prior to arriving just confirming the exact amounts so what to expect is clearer. The stay was good. No complaints of the room. However, the spa was not hot.

We enjoyed our stay but the big negative is that there is no hot tub for kids. So our kids got cold sometimes when swimming but there was no where for them to warm up. The property is not well maintained and was not very clean. 80% of the Staff were rude, but then there were a handful that were really nice. There was nothing special about this property and its amenities. For instance, when there were rain days, they offered nothing to do inside.
