I know arrival times are most hotels. Check-in is 2 PM but not only did these guys hold that they tried to charge you extra if you wanted to check in earlier even though the rooms are ready. There was about 50 or 60 other people in the lobby waiting until 2 PM and they were trying to charge everyone 50 or $100 to check in Even as late 30 minutes before. Absolute disgraceful and a definite price go for no reason. There are no services offered other than breakfast even you’re welcome. Drink is do it yourself. The bedroom air condition had problems that maintenance fixed, so the room was cool but the air conditioning became noisy which made sleeping a problem. The shower door also was coming off the hinges. The hotel was told but didn't fix it during our stay. Once checkout one of the reception asked us to pay for towel 300.- that was lost in one of our room. How do I know how many you place in our room? Once checkin no one else take us to the room. Don’t help us for belonging.
