Air con doesn't work proper staff unfriendly and back home with scabies as sofa/beds are not desinfected proper after previous guests

The hotel was absolutely stunning. I was arriving late at night past the opening times for dinner and so the staff had prepared a plate of meats cheeses and salad and put it in my room upon arrival. Such a thoughtful gesture that made such a difference! Jorge from the reception staff was amazing and made me feel welcome explaining all the amenities etc. I was in the annex building which was quiet and really clean which was nice to arrive to. I had booked half board and so was paying for drinks the light my stay which were incredibly well priced and honestly cheap, especially for a hotel bar! Sara from the bar was really friendly and made some custom drinks I found online which tasted incredible! When it was time to leave, because my flight was at night, the staff offered free luggage storage, a free shower room to get ready in, and a key card so I could still access the hotel and beach via access gates until I needed to head to the airport. This made all the difference and is such a nice touch that made travelling so much easier. The friendly reception staff were able to call a taxi for me which only took about 5 minutes to arrive and I was able to pay for everything at the hotel, again, such a nice touch to make everything effortless! I can’t recommend this hotel and its staff enough, I will definitely be back!

I have stayed at many resorts (both all-inclusive and standard), so my standards might be a bit specific, but overall my stay at Coral Beach by Loews was a mixed bag. It has some great selling points, but it definitely leaves room for improvement. The Pros: Impeccable Cleanliness: The entire hotel and the rooms were exceptionally clean. A huge shoutout to the fantastic cleaning staff who do an amazing job. Great Staff: Everyone we encountered was nice and welcoming. True Beach Access: Unlike many nearby resorts, this one is actually connected directly to a beach. They provide a kiosk, lounge chairs, and everything you need right there. If proximity to the sand is your top priority, this is a major plus. Value: For the price point, it is not a horrible option. The Cons: Missing Details: The resort lacks attention to small conveniences. For example, there are no ice machines on the property, and you cannot get ice delivered to your room. AC Issues: Our room had two air conditioning units. The one in the bedroom functioned well, but the unit in the living room area did not work properly, leaving that part of the room quite warm. Disappointing Food & Drinks: The buffet and the all-inclusive package leave much to be desired. A big letdown was the bar service—many of the cocktails aren't handcrafted by a bartender. Instead, they use a blending machine where they just press a button and it squirts out. Summary: Decent, but probably wouldn’t return

Great place for families

Very beautiful property with great amenities and wonderful breakfast. Has breathtaking views, walking distance to shops, restaurants and beaches, and very friendly staff. The only thing is that guest services/concierge was difficult to catch to book tours - I'd suggest booking tours on your own for better selection and availability. I highly recommend this property.
