I eill start off by saying I spent almost $2,000 during my stay in a month, NO PROGRAMS, NO CHURCHES...I am a single first-time mother of a one year old who has minimumal support financially but i made sure everyday my baby had a warm place to rest her head which brings me to say you would think that the staff here who sees me doing everything by myself everyday would have some empathy for my situation right? NO. Not only did I get told by the manager that i need to leave knowing that was my place of residence because some crackhead called in making up lies to get me kicked out but didn't ever ONE time come and talk to me about any concerns they had with me prior to this caller calling them up and told me to leave so this fentanyl drug dealing gang member could proceed to stay in a room there. So they would rather have these THUG losers renting a room here than a young single mother in recovery doing everything right who pays the rent daily. It is a real slap in the face to see the corruption that is going on here when i thought it was actually a decent place at first . OH AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT.. I had forgot my room key inside one night and they had no number posted for an after hour emergency or property manager in case something like this happens, i called the police who said they had no way to contact anyone to let me in and they told me to call a locksmith! Outside is fairly old and run down. Room was clean and comfortable: Bedside lamps didn’t work: They were plugged in but no power to the plugs for some reason. Microwave wasn’t working but found the breaker box and saw the breaker had been tripped. All other breakers were on. Noise was not good. Room sat on a busy corner of a road so cars, trucks, radios, etc were loud. Turned the fan on to dull the noise which helped. Curtains didn’t shed much light out so if your wanting to to some rest during the day the room was still very bright with curtains closed.
