« Room was as expected, bed was like double size USA mattress, staff very helpful carrying my heavy bags up 2 floors. Room did not have faciel tissue but there was abundant toilet paper. Perhaps face tissues not expected in mexico? AC worked great, took me a bit to locate the AC remote on wall near door. Was not aware is walk up only, they should specify in choosing room, no elevators in this property. Praise God He has healed my body and I successfully navigated the stairs carrying my ancient...

« Brand new hotel in the centro historico. The hotel itself is very good, the rooms are cozy and well decorated. The hotel has a restaurant with a rooftop patio, which is not common in this area. Staff is attentive and very helpful. However, this as nothing to do with the hotel itself but the hotel is located in Degollado Square, which can be sketchy after dawn. Just be careful if you go out or come back at night. »

« Olga Querida is a historic building, its ambience and location are simply wonderful. It is clean, reception was great. We had a private room with a bathroom/shower, and a giant bed. There is a living area on the second floor with a (somewhat sparsely equipped kitchen) but we managed to cook simple food. Noise does travel so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper. It's not the Ritz, but excellent value. »
